Power, each project, large or small, is assigned to one of our project managers who are methodical in their approach ensuring the high levels of quality set by the client are achieved.
Before any project is started, the assigned project manager will review the project and what has been offered, issue a project initiation document (PID) and will ensure the project conforms to all agreed standards, milestones and specifications.
